Features

Weaver is the memory of your projects. Every call, site meeting, voice note and forwarded email is filed into the right project, and Weaver keeps watch across all of them - so it can tell you what's slipping before you have to ask.

Weaver tells you first

The part no single meeting summary can do: connecting what happened across all of them.

Warnings across projects

After every meeting Weaver checks it against everything else it knows and flags what matters, in traffic-light colours: a deadline about to slip, two projects pulling on the same week, a problem that came up before, a decision that clashes with an earlier one. Each warning links back to the meetings it came from.

The Map

Everything across your weaves on one circle: rings are time, slices are projects, and the warnings light up where they sit. Look at today, at what one meeting changed, or at everything with one person's name on it, and clean up items that went stale.

The Loom

Your projects drawn as cloth: people are threads running through the meetings they were in, and every open action item hangs off its owner as a loose end that frays red when it's overdue. It points out when only one person links two projects, and you can hand a task to someone else by dragging it onto their thread.

Action items that close themselves

When a later meeting says something is done ("I sent the quote on Wednesday"), Weaver ticks off the open item and shows the sentence it went by, with an undo if it got it wrong.

Getting a meeting in

Five ways in - use whichever fits how the meeting actually happened.

Record on your phone

Put the phone on the table for a meeting in the room or on site. Weaver keeps recording with the screen locked and writes down who said what, putting names to the voices wherever the conversation makes them clear.

Live meeting bots

Send a Weaver bot into your Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet call and it sits in, listens and writes everything up afterwards. Paste the link, or simply add your Weaver address as a guest on the calendar invite and the bot joins on time - repeating meetings included. Password-protected meetings work too.

Paste or upload

Have a transcript or a recording already? Paste the transcript, upload audio or video files, or do many at once as a batch. Each becomes its own meeting, processed the same way as a bot call.

Add more files later

The second part of the recording arrived after the meeting? Drag and drop extra files onto an existing meeting and they merge into it - no duplicate meetings to sort out.

Forward an email

Every account gets its own personal @in.weavecompanion.com address. Forward a transcript, meeting notes or an export to it and it arrives as a meeting, title and all - the same as if you had dropped it into the upload tab. You'll find your address with a copy button in Account & Billing, and you can regenerate it at any time if it ever gets shared too widely.

What comes out

Every meeting comes back structured, not as a wall of text.

Minutes of meeting

A clean write-up with a summary, a "what was discussed" section and the decisions and action items pulled out into their own lists, so the follow-ups are findable at a glance.

Minutes in your language

Minutes, decisions and action items can be written in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch or Portuguese - pick a language for the whole account, or switch it per meeting. Meetings that mix languages are handled too: the output comes out in one consistent language.

Solo notes and dictation

On the mobile apps, record a voice note on your own - a thought, a corridor conversation, a recap dictated on the way home - and it's processed into Weaver like any other meeting.

Ask your memory

The point of remembering is being able to ask.

Ask with citations

Ask anything about your meetings and get an answer drawn from them, with citations pointing at the exact meetings and moments it came from. The conversation keeps its history, so you can follow up instead of restating the question.

Ask from Telegram

Link your account to the Weaver Telegram bot and ask questions from your phone, even when Weaver itself isn't open. Choose whether it answers across everything or scopes itself to one project.

Keep the picture

Meetings are worth most when they connect.

Projects and weaves

Meetings file themselves into the project they're about, projects sit in weaves, and each project keeps a plain-language summary of where things stand. Move a meeting to another project whenever it belongs somewhere else.

People

Weaver keeps track of who was in each meeting. Browse the people across your projects, see who attended what, and manage your contacts from one place.

Work as a team

On the Team plan, the picture is shared, not just personal.

Shared projects

Share a project with your team and everyone works from the same meetings, minutes and answers. Invite and remove members yourself, no support ticket needed.

Roles

Members join as contributors or editors, so you decide who can add meetings and who can manage the project itself.

Everywhere, and private by design

One memory, reachable from all your devices.

Web, iOS and Android

Use the full app on the web, or the native iOS and Android apps. Sign in with Google, Apple or email and password - your account and its history are the same everywhere.

Your data stays yours

Meeting content is encrypted in our database, your account email is stored encrypted, and deleting your account from settings removes everything immediately - no shadow copy kept around. The published privacy policy spells out the details.

Weaver works online: your library lives on our servers, so everything is available from every device. A recording made on a phone stays on the phone until Weaver has confirmed the upload, and a failed upload is retried rather than dropped.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial - see what each plan includes on the pricing page.
