These providers process data on Weaver's behalf, each only for the purpose listed. We store your data in the EU and run AI processing in the EU.
Hetzner
Helsinki, Finland- What it does
- Hosts our application server and database
- Data it handles
- All account and meeting data (meeting content encrypted at rest)

- Encrypted backups
- Data it handles

Google Cloud (Vertex AI)
European Union (processing stays in EU member states)- What it does
- Transcription, extraction, answers and voice calls
- Data it handles
- Transcripts, audio, questions and meeting facts while they are processed
Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Cloud Storage)
Zurich, Switzerland- What it does
- Search; temporary storage of large audio files during transcription
- Data it handles
- Text passages for search; audio files, deleted after transcription and after two days at the latest
Recall.ai
European Union (Frankfurt)- What it does
- Meeting bot for Zoom, Teams and Google Meet, only when you connect a call
- Data it handles
- Call audio and transcript
Cloudflare
Global network- What it does
- Network protection and encryption in transit; bot check on sign-up
- Data it handles
- All traffic to Weaver passes through it, encrypted
Resend
Ireland- What it does
- Emails such as address confirmation, meeting briefs and notices

- Email address and email content
Stripe
EU / USA- What it does
- Payments for web subscriptions

- Billing details, no meeting content
Apple
USA / global- What it does
- App Store purchases, Sign in with Apple, notifications on iPhone

Google
USA / global- What it does
- Google Play purchases, Sign in with Google, notifications on Android
- Data it handles
- Purchase records, sign-in identity, notification text (can include a meeting title or a task)
Lovable
USA / global- What it does
- Hosts this website's pages
- Data it handles
- Page visits and basic statistics; meeting content goes straight to our servers, not through Lovable
Telegram
Global- What it does
- The Weaver Telegram assistant, only if you connect it
- Data it handles
- The messages you send to the assistant
Where a provider can process data outside the EU or Switzerland, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
