Ask one question across all your meetings
Weaver pulls out who was there, what was decided and what needs doing, then files it into the right project. Ask anything and get an answer that cites the meetings it came from.

Nils: Agreed, 15% off for annual plans.
In March you kept the base plan at 19 euros a month and added 15% off annual plans. The discount came from repeated requests Ana heard in sales calls, and Nils signed it off at the launch review.
In the room too
Not every meeting happens on a call. Put your phone on the table or open Weaver on your laptop, tap Record, and the meeting lands like any other: minutes, decisions, tasks and echoes. Record from anywhere, filing it takes one tap: Weaver suggests the project.

Bring meetings in however you have them
Paste
Drop in a transcript, the minutes you wrote yourself or your own notes, straight from wherever they live. No recording needed.
Upload
Add Word, PDF or Excel files, a photo of handwritten notes, or audio and video (.mp3, .m4a, .wav, .mp4).
Join a call
Send Weaver into a Zoom, Teams or Google Meet call to take it down for you.
Decisions and to-dos, sorted into projects
Every meeting lands in a project with a running summary that keeps itself up to date. Action items come with an owner, and decisions keep a note of who made them, so catching up takes a minute instead of a morning.
Pricing 2026
The base plan stays at 19 euros. Annual plans get 15% off from April. Ana owns the page update and Nils is handling customer comms.

Questions people ask us
Does Weaver integrate with Asana, Jira, Monday, Notion, Trello or Linear?
Not as a ready-made, one-click integration. What works today: Google Calendar, Zoom, Teams and Meet bots, email forwarding, Telegram and Claude. If your team needs tasks and decisions from Weaver to land in your project tool, we build that connection for your team on request. It is set up per customer, so tell us which tool you use at support@weavercompanion.com.
What is Weaver?
Weaver turns scattered meeting notes into one connected picture. Paste a transcript, upload a recording, or send a bot into a live call, and Weaver files who was there, what was decided and what needs doing into the right project. Its memory grows across your whole account, so months later you can ask something vague like ‘I vaguely remember we agreed something about pricing’ and get the moment, the decision and who said it.
How do meetings get in?
Five ways: paste a transcript, upload audio or video files, record on your phone, send a Weaver bot into a Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet call, or forward notes to your personal Weaver email address.
Do I have to record my meetings?
No. Plenty of meetings can't or shouldn't be recorded. Paste or upload the minutes you already write, a Word or PDF document, a photo of handwritten notes, or type a few lines afterwards. Weaver pulls out the decisions and to-dos and files them into the right project, exactly as it does with a recording.
Is my content used to train AI models?
No. Transcription and generation run on Google's Gemini models through Google Cloud Vertex AI, processed in the EU, and Google does not use this data to train its models. Your meetings are processed to deliver the service and nothing else.
Who can see my meetings?
Only you, unless you explicitly share a project. On the Team plan, invited members get read access to the meetings in that project, and you remain the owner and can remove access at any time.
What happens if I stop subscribing?
Your meetings and projects stay accessible. A paid subscription controls limits such as monthly meeting-bot hours, storage and live-call bots. You can view or change your plan in Account & Billing settings.
How do I delete my account or data?
Permanently, from Account settings. Deletion takes effect immediately and removes your profile and every meeting, transcript, decision, action item and embedding tied to your account. Encrypted backups rotate out within six months.
