Weaver

For manufacturers and producers

Every supplier, customer and audit meeting, remembered

Record the call with your importer, the buyer meeting or the audit walk-round, or drop in the notes and documents you already have. Weaver writes the minutes five minutes later, files every decision and task under the right order or project, and warns you when a delay in one place puts a deadline somewhere else at risk.

When does the Ceylon container arrive, and is the Harrow's launch safe?

Owen: The 4 tonnes by air arrived this morning.

The sea container arrives at Felixstowe on October 5th. To protect the Harrow's launch you air-freighted 4 tonnes of Dimbula, which arrived on August 24th, so the 1,200 launch cases were packed on September 8th. First delivery to the Avonmouth distribution centre is October 26th.

Made for businesses that make and ship things

Suppliers, freight and customers in one picture

A delay at the port, a price rise at origin, a retailer's delivery slot. Weaver links them and warns you when one puts another at risk.

Audit-ready without the scramble

Mock audits, corrective actions and who fixed what, recorded on the shop floor and easy to find when the auditor asks.

Agreements you can point to

Prices, volumes, promotions and deadlines agreed in calls, each with the meeting it came from.

Not everyone wants to be recorded. That's fine.

Weaver works just as well without a recording. Drop in what you already have, and it files it under the right project and pulls out the decisions and tasks the same way.

  • Meeting notes and minutes you wrote yourself, as Word or PDF
  • Supplier contracts, specifications and audit reports
  • A photo of the whiteboard after the production meeting
  • A few lines typed after a call with a supplier
  • Emails forwarded from customers, suppliers and forwarders

Minutes people actually read

Every call comes out as clean minutes: who was there, what was discussed, what was decided and who does what by when. Use Weaver's template or upload your own, and download them as Word.

Harrow's store listing details

Sarah Quinn announced that three tea lines (English Breakfast 80 bags, Earl Grey 50 bags, and Lemon and Ginger) will be listed in 64 Harrow's stores starting November 2nd. Standard conditions include delivery to the Avonmouth distribution centre and a 98.5 percent service level. A launch promotion of 25 percent off will run for three weeks.

Launch logistics and promotion

Expected launch volume is approximately 1,200 cases across the three lines for the first four weeks. The promotion cost is to be split 50-50 between the retailer and the supplier. Owen Hughes noted that the packing deadline of September 15th is dependent on the arrival of the Ceylon shipment.

Questions people ask us

Do we have to record our meetings?

No. Many calls can't or shouldn't be recorded. Upload your own notes, a contract or an audit report, or type a few lines afterwards. Weaver builds the same record from them: decisions, tasks and the project's history.

Does it replace our ERP or quality management system?

No. Weaver sits next to them. It keeps what was said and agreed in meetings, which your ERP and QMS don't, and the minutes come out as Word files or text you can file there.

Can the minutes follow our own format?

Yes. Download Weaver's template, adapt it to your layout and upload it. One template for everything, or a different one per project.

How long do the minutes take?

Usually about five minutes after the recording stops, depending on the length of the meeting.

Where is our data kept?

Meetings are stored encrypted on servers in the EU. Transcription and writing the minutes run through Google's Gemini API, whose terms don't allow using your data to train models.
