Weaver compared
Other tools give you a pile of notes. Weaver gives you order: every meeting lands in its project.
As of November 2026
Most meeting tools leave you with a growing list of recordings and notes you have to sort yourself. Weaver files each meeting into the right project, keeps decisions and tasks open until they are done, and shows where each project stands. This is a plain comparison, taken from each vendor's own pages.

What Weaver does differently
Order instead of a pile of notes
Each meeting lands in the right project without you setting up folders or channels. When Weaver is unsure, one Click files it.
Decisions and tasks stay alive
Open items follow a project from meeting to meeting, and a task closes when a later meeting says it is done. Echoes show when something repeats or clashes.
Where a project stands
A plain-language status per project, a handover summary before someone is away, and answers across all meetings that cite the meeting and the moment.
Where others are stronger
Microsoft Copilot sits inside the tools many companies already use. Otter and Fireflies have large ecosystems and many users. Granola is polished for notes taken during calls. If one of those fits how you work, it may be the better choice.
Also good to know
- Integrations with your project tools are built on request.
- Hosting: Nuremberg, Germany. AI processing in the EU. Details on the subprocessors page.
- Single sign-on and dedicated deployment: planned.
